Official complaint form

If you wish to request an official complaint form, please note that official complaint forms are available at any GLS Spain branch open to the public.

Notwithstanding the above, if you wish to complete a complaint form online, you may download the following official Madrid form and, once you have completed your complaint, send it, together with any documentation you consider necessary, to customersupport@gls-spain.com. A response will be provided within 30 days.

Please note that, in order for us to process your complaint, you must send us a copy of the completed complaint form, together with any documentation you consider necessary to support your complaint.

GLS Spain informs you that it is not affiliated with any Consumer Arbitration System and does not wish to submit the dispute in question to arbitration.
